I have sent my carprog v7.28 main unit back to my dealer to update fw to v9.31. I have done VW Diag, Peugeot temic and Bosch without issue. Today when i tested Nissan direct, carprog v9.31 can read and verify, but it stuck when press the button “FIND CRASH”.

Carprog full v9.31 also displayed another error “Can’t connect to remote server”
Possible reason:
Carprog full clone does good in airbag resetting. If carprog prompt to connect remote server/internet, it indicates that carprog cannot do this function/car.
