This is nothing about the recharge tokens.
You have accessed to the Internet to update the device firmware/software.
Possible solution:
Change another laptop,disconnect internet connection, re-install kess v2 ksuite software and driver. Run again the Ksuite software. If it does not work, you have to send back your main unit for repair.
