One of obd365 customer tried to install Kess v2 V4.024 truck version master ecu programmer software on windows xp,but when copying the sofwtare CD to desktop, the system prompted error
“Error copying file or folder
Cannot copy ksuite 2.13. Data error…”
Possible reason:
1. Laptop system is not compatible with the software
2.Did not well installed the driver
3.Software CD is broken.
Solution:
Download Kess v2 truck version Ksuite software here (disable anti-virus software)

http://www.chinaautodiag.com/download/Kessv2-2.06-Full.part3.zip
Then install Ksuite software again.
